1. Langney
Community Homes
3 x 3Bed & 2 x 2Bed homes
Location: Biddenden Close, Langney BN23 7HX.
Created with local key workers in mind.
Our volunteers are raising donations, grants and loans now to build five new homes, which will be offered to low income families in housing need, under a shared ownership scheme.

2. Legacy Homes
We invite anyone owning a property with no family member to leave it to, whether they might consider gifting it to Eastbourne CLT in their will. We will take care of it forever, and house low income families in need of a place to call home.

3. Housing Matters
We are developing a Forum and an educational programme for young people that will help them understand the cost of living and affordability issues around owning your own home. Can you help us design and deliver such an initiative? If so, get in touch using the form on our contact page.
