“I got involved as a co-founder of Eastbourne Community Land Trust because I wanted to do something practical to help future generations in Eastbourne have safe, secure and affordable home to live in.”

What we believe

Doing nothing isn't an option when so many are struggling to put down roots, feel secure in their own home and build a life.

The government is encouraging  localism. There is great strength in combining time, talent and resources to achieve the change we want to see.

Join us in this new local movement for affordable housing?

Become a Member

As volunteers, we are creating a local movement for change around affordable housing. We need many more people to join with us. By becoming a member for a £1 donation you increase our membership, strengthen our voice, and have a say in how we run our services.

It has taken us 3 years to start our first project. By becoming a Member you can help us grow.

You will be joining others on the  journey who want to make a difference to housing for future generations.
